Cards With Customer - Count

This count of Cards will show you how many Cards on your Board are currently at the customer stage of your workflow process. This could mean that work on them may be halted while your team waits for some type of customer input to move the Card along.

This count assumes that you have a List on your Board that Cards move in to when they are with a customer.

To get started, create a Count for in-progress Cards.

• At the filter step, you would want to create a filter for List, and select which List your Cards are moved in to when they are with a customer.

Once your count is complete you can drill down (by clicking on the chart) and see full details of the Cards included in this count.
