Cards Past their Service Level Agreement

Many times there is an expectation of how long each stage in your workflow should take and it can be helpful to see when tasks are being held up and taking longer than expected to execute. This is a great way to analyze why specific Cards are taking longer than expected. This chart will show you all Cards that have taken longer than a specified period of time to move from one List to the next.

To get started create a Count or Sum of Cards for open Cards.

  • At the "Totals" stage, select Cards.
  • At the "Filter" stage you would want to apply a filter for Time in List.
    • Here you can set the expected amount of time it should take for your cards to move between Lists.
      • Example: If you want to see the number of Cards that have taken longer than 2 days to move between Lists, you would select "2" in the first drop down, "Days" in the second and "or more" in the last drop down.

Once completed, you can drill down in to the count to see full details of the Cards included by clicking on it. This will bring up a full list of all Cards that have taken longer than the specified time period you determine for further analysis. You can go directly to any Card in the list by clicking on the Card title from the list.
