A Won/Lost chart simply shows a comparison of the number of deals lost vs won for a sales team. Typically this is done as a Pie chart showing the total number of deals lost vs won, but you could also chart total deal value (from a custom field) won vs lost.
If all your deals end up in the same list but you add labels for Won/Lost then...
If you are storing Deal value as a custom field on your cards. Similar to the above, select to sum Deal value instead of counting cards. This shows the total deal value won vs lost and can add some additional context alongside the won/lost chart. Maybe you don't mind losing 50% of your deals if they only count for 10% of the deal value? This could be done as a pie chart to show the relative size of the Won vs Lost amounts or as a bar chart to show the total values more clearly.
Same as the above but probably better done as a Bar chart if there are more than a few members. Select to group by Member instead of List then add a filter to include only the Members you care about (otherwise the chart may show other people assigned to the cards as well)
Similar to the Won by Member by grouping and filtering by Region, where region is either a Label or a Custom dropdown field.
For side by side comparison of won/lost by Member you can create multiple of the original Won/Lost charts but add a filter to only show data for one Member each. Adding these charts side by side can make for a quick comparison between them. You could do the same but filtered by Region assuming you are storing that data, and again can choose to show deal value in place of card counts if that makes more sense.
This is a typical Analytical chart you might check weekly/monthly/etc, check out other analytical charts
